The job will give a wonderful exposure to you to the international VFX industry. Don't forget, it pays well and you will be able to run a team of 15-20 cartoonists, 3D model designers and architects.
The director of the project is preferring someone with your skill set, leadership trait and experience of at least 3 years in the local industry.
