Overall, as can be seen, the percentage of unemployed male graduates was higher throughout the time span compared with female graduates. In addition to this, it appears that the unemployment number followed a similar trend in various months for both genders irrespective of their age.
Looking at the bar chart the highest percentage of unemployment is on Oct 09 constituting roughly 22% and 14% for men and women respectively. This followed by Oct 09 making slightly above 15% and 10% for male and female respectively. On Jan 09, April 09 and July 09 the number was approximately 12% for men and 8% for women except for women on April 09 with 6%. On Jan 08, April 08 and July 08 the unemployment rate was far lower for both sexes and all the counterparts experienced lower than 10% in this regard.
