You ordered an item on a company website, which should have been delivered the next day, but it never turned up. Write a letter to the manager and say
what was the item .
why it was important that you get it immediately.
what you suggest the company should do now.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about a delay in delivery of an office equipment which I had ordered from your company website. According to the website, it should have been delivered the next day, however, I have still not received the item.
Let me explain in detail. My laptop broke down a week before an important presentation and I placed an order for the same model on your website. Since, the delivery was within 24 hours, it would not hamper my work. Failing to receive the laptop in time has put my work in a jeopardy. Also, the end date of my project is nearing and I need to complete my work before the deadline.
Request you to please look into this matter urgently and deliver my item at the earliest. Additionally, could you please send me a spare laptop while you simultaneously resolve my issue.
I look forward to an immediate reply and quick action from your end.
Yours Faithfully,
Maryann
