five days work week vs four-day work
The reading and the lecture both discuss whether or not four-day work week benefits the company and the employee. While the reading states shorter work week advantage both company and worker, the lecture refutes this, saying that four-day work week won't affect company profits and economically and the lives of employees.
First of all, reading claims shorter work week workers get enough rest which leads to fewer mistakes and the company can hire new employees without spending extra money because full-time workers working for less pay. However, the lecture argues that the company should spend a lot of money. Furthermore, the professor states that although the company doesn't pay salaries, it needs to spend money on training, insurance, space, and computers; which cost a lot.
In addition, the passage makes the argument that shorter work-week reduces unemployment. full-time workers can shift their work to a new employee. The professor counters this point by stating hiring new employee cost more to the comapny and they prefer other options. According to the professor, corporate force employee to do overtime to make up the work and they expect the same as five-day work, as a result, no additional jobs and the current job become unpleasant.
Lastly, The reading passage posits that less work week people get enough time to spend with family and other personal work. The lecture refutes this, by point out that although more leisure time, it is riskier and decreases workers quality of life. Moreover, the professor says, shorter work week reduce work stability and has a chance to lose a job in the recession. On top of that, the company likely promote a five-day working employee for frequent monitoring.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
