How an island changed after facilities was built for tourism
the maps display an island, before and after it was constructed for tourism.
It is noticeable that the island was completely transformed, from an original wilderness to a well-supplied recreational place.
As we can see from the map, before the island was developed, it is a wild site. There are only some palm trees in the east and in the west of the island, with the length of its being 250 metes. Besides, it also has a beach to the east.
Turning to the second map, with the except of that palm trees are unchanged, there are two housing areas built to serve for tourists, one is located in the center of the island while the other one connecting to a beach by footpaths, and this area is also used for swimming. Additionally, between two areas of accommodation witnesses the appearance of a restaurant building and a reception block leading to a pier where visitors set their food on first from traveling by boats.
