Regarding to the two pie graphs, first of all, the satisfaction degree of visitors rose from the previous 30% to 40% now. In contrast, dissatisfied visitors rate dropped to only 15% comparing to 40% which is the data onto the year before refurbishment. Similarly, very satisfied visitors proportion rose 20 percentage points to 35%, consequently very dissatisfied degree fell to 5% from the previous 10%. Moreover, rate of visitors who didn’t attend surveys was constant 5%.
In conclusion, after refurbishment, visitors number is increasing, also the proportion of visitors who were satisfied or very satisfied was rising dramatically, whereas dissatisfaction rate or very dissatisfaction rate was falling.
