You have missed some important papers accidently in a taxi.
Write a letter to the manager of the Taxi company. In your letter:
⦁ Give the details of your journey
⦁ Explain why those papers are important for you
⦁ Suggest what can the manager do
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to report the lost document in the taxi today. I have used RTA cab to commute in the morning. After reaching the office, I have realised that by accident my folder is left behind in the back seat of the vehicle.
I had boarded the taxi on 12th April at 8:30 AM from World trade centre to Business Bay. It was a Hyundai Sonata vehicle with the plate number B34596. The driver was of Asian origin with a white beard. During the journey, I was on an urgent call, and while getting down, I forgot to pick my folder.
The folder has an original college degree which I need to present to the immigration agent within this week. It is essential for me to submit it and getting a duplicate one will be a lengthy hassle.
I have submitted a request in the Department of Lost and Found, and it will be appreciable if you can pursue the matter from your side also. The degree is an important document, thus it a sincere request to you to help me in finding the lost folder.
I look forward to your immediate action in this regard.
Sincerely
Monika
