• Say how your work could be done while you are away
• ask for his/her help in arranging it.
Dear Sir,
I am working in the position of Sales Executive in your organization. I am writing to express my intention to work in head office in Auckland, New Zealand for next six months.
Currently, I am doing Project Management Professional course along with my job and it is a compulsory requirement of course to attend a six month training module which will be held in Auckland.
At present, I am occupied with two projects and fortunately, one of the clients is from Auckland. Therefore, I will have chance to meet them and if the meeting goes well, I would be able to generate more business from them. The other project will be handled by my assistance in my absence. She has in depth knowledge and complete grip on the overall project.
I would appreciate, if you could kindly allow me to join the head office and make necessary arrangements for a smooth transition. I will be great opportunity for me to bring more business for the company. Moreover, I would be to hone my skills through the training which will in turn beneficial for the company.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
Sara Batool
