The two maps below show road access to a city hospital in 2007 and in 2010. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant
The maps illustrate how the road access to a city hospital had changed over the period between 2007 and 2010. Overall, there was a significant increase in the parking space, allowing more vehicles to be parked around the hospital. Furthermore, a large bus station was built next to the hospital road, replacing the former small bus stops.
In 2007, there was only one park for both staff and public vehicles, which was situated at the east of hospital road and between city road and ring road which circled around the hospital. And there are 6 small bus stops lining along both sides of Hospital Road.
While in 2010, the previous car park became only for staff and a slightly larger public car park appeared on the east side of the hospital. And the previous bus stops were replaced by a formal bus station, at the west of hospital road. Another obvious change was that the two intersections at the end of Hospital Road were reconstructed as roundabouts.
