I have been staying on rent in Flat No 21, Bakerville Building since last November. There are few issues that I am facing with the accommodation. Certain items need immediate repair. At the same time the current rent is not affordable to me.
The faucet of the common washroom is leaking leading to wastage of water. The tiles of the hallway have been damaged by last occupants when they were moving out. At the same time the lights are not working there creating a dangerous scenario. The air conditioning system of my room is malfunctioning as well. The door at the rear of the flat that faces the garden does not lock properly creating safety issues.
All of the issues are critical and need immediate attention. I would request you to get the above items replaced or repaired at the earliest. To reduce the burden of rent, I want to invite one of my friends to occupy the spare bedroom.
