In overall, The town is converted to the residential area with more number of population, No more farm's present today. A new concept of urbanized town plan along with retirement stay is introduced with the elimination of a garden.
The town is expanded for housing rather than cultivation and farms, Southwest coast and northeast territory of the farmland is converted into a residential area. The shops are stashed for the western part beside the coast of the river stoke, and the post office is ideal as is it. Even though for proper management of residential areas new roads are constructed than earlier, whereas it was barren.
Also, A small sub road which was used for connecting river and a town is completely knocked out, and the primary school expanded its building size from 1 to 3. In 1986, there was an extended garden with the large house in the east of a town, but after 40 years, it narrowed its size and more building are added to convert to a retirement home, Whereas the bridge in the northern territory is same through the period.
