Dear Martin,
I am neenu, your new neighbour, residing in flat no: 9.I am writing this letter to invite you to the house-warming party that I am going to conduct.
I moved to this house last Friday, from my hometown angamaly. I am here working as an engineer in a company nearby. As I had to go to my office these days, i could not able to meet you through this week.
So, I would like to hold a function in my home on Wednesday to get together all my new neighbours. I am planning to have a blessing of this flat by our parish priest, and later evening dinner is arranged along with dj and barbeque. I am Worried about the sound of the music, as it may disturb the residents here. I would like to say sorry in advance, if it noise from the function irritates you. I will surely pay attention to make the sound of dj within limit.
I would also like you to come to the function, as this is an opportunity to meet all our fellow residents all together.
I look forward for your presence in the party. I hope the noise will not make any issues to your family.
Yours sincerely,
neenu.
