Dear Sandeep,
I am Harry and my Emp ID is 1234. I have joined your esteemed organization a month back and currently allocated on a project which is running under finance domain on java technology. I am such impressed with all the friendly employee related policies along with highly skilled work culture, that i would like to recommend one of colleague (praveen) from previous company and hence writing this letter.
While working on some assignments I observed that there seems to be a shortage of a testing lead which cause to many issues being leaked to production. To overcome this problem i believe my close friend Praveen can play a vital role, as he has a vast and in-depth experience of testing technologies and process.
Having said above, Praveen is also an MBA graduate and has proven his skills in managing a team too. Lastly I would like to add and believe that he could be a valuable asset if we recruit him and it will definitely be beneficial for company's growth too.
