The best way for a society to prepare its young people for leadership in government, industry, or other fields is by instilling in them a sense of cooperation, not competition.
Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the claim. In developing and supporting your position, be sure to address the most compelling reasons and/or examples that could be used to challenge your position.
I agree class="that">that best way to prepare class="good">good leaders in every class="field">field class="is">is to instill sense of cooperation and class="support">support in class="them">them more than competition. However, competition class="is">is class="also">also beneficial as class="it">it class="will">will ignite the chance and class="will">will to grow further in any class="field">field. Anyways, this class="should">should be carefully monitored in young class="children">children such class="that">that this turns out into healthy competition.
As known generally, competition class="if">if taken rather seriously hinders thoughts of class="good">good/bad. class="it">it creates jealous in the opponents' minds for each class="other">other and they begin to hate each class="other">other. they class="might">might even debase each class="other">other with false claims. class="it">it class="might">might go to any extent especially in class="children">children. class="so">so the sense of competition class="must">must be kept in check in class="younger">younger ones class="so">so class="that">that they class="take">take any challenge as class="it">it class="is">is and class="accept">accept the outcome. this nature class="should">should be class="taught">taught to everyone. For example, in a class, class="if">if two class="children">children are contesting for class president, they class="might">might class="take">take class="it">it as challenge and insult each class="other">other to get to the highest position. this nature class="is">is very dangerous for class="them">them and class="also">also for class="other">other class="children">children around class="them">them. In this kind of cases, they class="must">must be class="taught">taught class="that">that whatever class="is">is outcome of elections, they class="must">must class="accept">accept class="it">it and be friends with each class="other">other and behave in composed way. class="also">also, they class="should">should be class="taught">taught to class="support">support the winner in his job as the president.
While competition class="is">is necessary for growth, cooperation class="is">is class="also">also equally important. A leader without class="support">support from his/her team class="will">will fail and all his attempts at his duties class="will">will be futile. this sense of team work and class="support">support, class="if">if developed from class="younger">younger age, class="will">will help people in any kind of career they want to pursue. Basically, being class="good">good with people and cooperating with class="them">them class="is">is necessary decorum for any human being.
this can be enhanced by creating an environment in schools which require students to help each class="other">other and cooperate with each class="other">other. By organising sports programs or some kind of team activities, we can ensure people value and respect each class="other">other.
class="so">so, in conclusion, I would like to say cooperation plays important for any leader in any class="field">field but having healthy competition helps class="them">them.
