Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing this letter to withdraw from the course that I am taking in an evening at your Downtown center. I was elated by the content and the practical workshop you provided which makes this course for purely professionals. I would like to resume this course in the next month if permitted.
Initially, I was able to manage tasks within my scheduled working hours and had no problem in attending evening coaching classes for Artifical Intelligence. However, one of my team members had an accident this morning while he was travelling from home to attend the office. The accident was so intense that he broke his right hand arm with some bruises over his body and prescribed the complete bed rest for a month. So, I need to look after his on going projects which made me occupied for this month.
Would it be possible to rejoin the next month batch? I can able to rejoin to the same classes where I left. If this sounds good to you, please send me the time table so that I will manage to brush up the old curriculum before coming to the classes.
I am waiting to hearing from you soon.
Your's Sincerely
Apoorva Chikara
