The maps demonstrate how the Barton Bingham area had changed between 1937 and 1995. Overall, the originally intending land had been decreased in size or demolished to make room for household areas and the following necessary services system. Additionally, the transportation system had also been modernly upgraded.
First looking at the 1937 map, the accommodation units was scattered and stood alone in extremely large purposive land. The 1995 version of Barton Bingham had changed drastically with the development of transportation. The old curving road had been reconstructed into a straight road passing through the center of residential neighborhood which was full of detached parallel houses newly built in 1995. In the middle of the road, if you took a left-turn, you could go to the golf course which was newly appeared in the ground of woodland and scrubland. Going through the golf land, a health farm which was converted from a manor house could easily be seen. Following the road till its end, you can behold the leisure complex at the right corner of the road in the 1995 version of Barton Bingham. To make the entertaining complex, the lake had been deceased in size.
Also rooting from the center of Barton Bingham, the railway had been erected in 1991 in surface of the old disused railway line which was running east south of the town. This railway was connected with the road to lead to a hospital which is adjacent to a car park. After 58 years, the marshland in the bottom right-corner of the map had been totally demolished to make room for wildfowl sanctuary. Additionally, the agricultural land was reduced in size to leave a space connecting the services system with the wildfowl sanctuary and build a farm.
