You have just bought a new mobile phone from a website on the internet. When it was delivered, the phone was faulty.
Write a letter to the company. In the letter:
• introduce yourself
• explain the situation
• state what action you want to be taken
You should write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express dissatisfaction with regards to the mobile phone which I recently purchased from your website.
Let me explain you in more detail. I am Tim Frank and always prefer to do online shopping from the esk.com and recently, I have received platinum membership from your side.
There was New Year sale on your website, where you were offering 50% discount on each item. So, during the sale, I purchased Orange phone, which was recently launched in the market, with the specifications of 4GB ram and 48GB internal storage. But, when it got delivered to me, I observed the phone was defective. Screen of the mobile was not only damaged but it was not getting switched on after charging for two to three hours.
I would request you to replace the phone and issue the same model as soon as possible. I am attaching the invoice copy along with this letter for your reference.
I hope you will look into this matter and resolve this issue.
Yours faithfully,
Tim Frank
