Overall,dinner accounted for the majority proportion of sodium and saturated fat , whereas snacks contributed most parts of added sugar.Though breakfast represented the least amount of nutrients in all charts, this meal took up almost the same percentage. So did the lunch, which reflected the similar patterns in sodium and saturated fat,with a little bit of difference in added sugar.
Both dinner and lunch have the roughly, large proportions in sodium (43% for dinner and 29% for lunch) and saturated fat (37% for dinner and 26% for lunch). Only having the gap of 4% in added sugar, this nutrient in the mentioned two meals was very close.
Besides,turning to breakfast and snacks, they shared 14% respectively in sodium,while there was 5% saturated fat containing in snacks than breakfast. As for the added sugar, snacks was nearly three times as breakfast.
