The maps show how the city, known as “Shipsmouth”, shifted at a very fast pace.
Overall, Shipsmouth has experienced a significant modernization, with far more buildings and transport facilities.
On the left of the maps, the green area in the north corner has demolished and replaced by apartment blocks which provide more accommodations. The factory next to city centre has been removed by shopping centre. In addition, new football stadium has been introduced and located near shopping mall.
