The diagram show how fruit is preserved in 14 simple steps.
First of all the fruit is hand picked. It is carried to the truck in order to be transported to the washing stage. Before the quality checking it is washed there then quality checked whether or not blemishes matters exist and it is cold stored below zero celsius . Following this , it is weighed and graded with the weigh in machine . After this it is pealed,cored and put into the little tins for being canned.All of the cans are sealed, cooked and sterilized over a high temperature for some minutes.In order to know what tin it is they label each can with the photo of the fruit. In the last stage they are kept in one column,collected to the truck again where required.
To sum up it is a fast process even you can do it at home as our mothers do but i can take a little time
