A large company in your area has decided to spend a certain amount of money, either to sponsor a local children's sports team for two years, or to pay for two open-air concerts. It has asked for feedback from the general public.
Write a letter to the company. In your letter :
describe the benefits of sponsoring the sports team
summarise the benefits of paying for concerts
say how you think the company should spend the money
Dear Sir/Madam,
First of all I must acknowledge your decision to spend money for the betterment of people. I am writing this letter to express my views on how your sponsorship will benefit sports team and proper management of upcoming concerts and also share my opinion for the same
Let me share positive effects of sponsoring the sports teams. Firstly, there are some children who are good sports persons and they can do better if they get proper training. Secondly, these players could do better by purchasing equipments for proper training from the sponsorship amount. Lastly, it would be great platform for your organisation for advertising our products on large platform.
Additionally, there are certain advantages of supporting concerts too. The most of people are so busy with their mundane lifestyle, and the entertainment activity not only rejuvenates them but also relaxes them mentally. Furthermore, by enjoying musical shows they can spend qualitative time with their family and friends.
I personally think your assistance by sponsoring sports team will not only benefit to children but also to your company, whereas there are multiple ways by which people can relaxes.
Hope you would consider my valuable suggestion and look forward to hearing positive response from you.
Yours faithfully,
John Karle
