Your child is going on a three day school trip to another country. The head teacher wants to find parents to go with the group and you would like to go.
Write a letter to the head teacher. In your letter:
Say why you would like to go on the trip
Suggest what you could do to help during the trip
Ask other questions about the trip
Dear Mam,
I am writing to you regarding the international tour that the school has planned for the children. It came to my knowledge that you are searching for volanteeers who are willing to go along and can be of some help. I am elated to inform you that I am interested to join you on in this trip.
I have shown my eagerness because until now, I have gone out with my spouse only. I am extremely excited this time as there will be many students and it will be a completely different experience with full of energy and enthusiasm. Moreover, I have already visited the UK which will be an extra advantage for everyone. I would like to let you know that I can assisst you in documentation work like getting visas and arranging boarding pass. Also, as I have already explored the destination, I could guide and tell students more about the country in a better way.
Lastly, I would like to know the itnerary of the trip like, the cities that we will be covered , lodging arrangements and food facilities as I am afraid there may be many vegetarians kids as well.
Looking forward to your response.
Yours Faithfully,
Prerna Arora
