People are required to earn approximately £100,000 for the lowest standard property, and if renting the 3-bedroom one, £200,000 per year salary are needed. Fulham is the cheapest one and the rents ranging from £215 per week for a one bedroom property to £600 per week for a 3-bedroom property. Salaries are needed to be somewhere between £56,500 and £157,500.
Finally, Regent's Park might be the best choice for people who able to pay in the middle price range for accommodation whose price from £325 (one bedroom) to £650 (three bedroom).
