• say when you plan to be there
• ask for information about prices
Begin your letter as follows: Dear Mr/Ms __________
Dear Mr. Mathew,
I am writing this letter to inquire about accommodation choices for holidays. I along with my family will stay in Singapore for one week. It would be nice to have an apartment nearby the beach.
My family, including two sons and wife, is really fond of beaches and water sports so we would prefer to rent an apartment nearby sea-shore. In addition to the location, a small size apartment decently furnished and well-ventilated is required which must have windows facing the beach. We are planning to arrive there on June 6 and will stay till June 12, 2019. We intend to spend this one week by fully enjoying our stay.
I would like to get a list of available apartments as mentioned above along with their rent prices as it would aid me to decide the most suitable one. I will appreciate if you could send me the list before June 1st on my email address given below.
I look forward to seeing your response in regarding my inquiry.
Yours sincerely,
John Paul.
