Dear Jack,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing this letter to ask if you could accompany me to the gym every day either in the morning or evening.
To explain in detail, as you know, I’m getting married in a couple of months, I wish to look slim and handsome, and hence, planning to lose the gained weight. My gym instructor informed that I need to do more physical activities because I’m unable to lose weight since the time I joined there.
As I’ve practiced lifting the dumbbells and running on a treadmill for 60 minutes, I’d like to try other physical activities which could help in reducing the weight such as, Cardio, dip bar and leg curl. Additionally, I’d like to increase the time limit and follow the diet chart strictly.
Moreover, you’re a gem in doing such activities, so I thought you’d be the right one to motivate and help me overcome the fear of practicing with other instruments.
Hoping to meet you soon.
With love,
Jay Williams
