Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the invalid statement of the bill generated on my mobile number 9478682521. I have been using your renowned services for the last five years and so far it has been quite a good experience. However, last month's billing charges were extremely dis-approving.
For your notice, I have been charged an additional Rs.3000 for the international calls done in the previous month. These charges are invalid, the reason for this is from the last thirty days my phone is out of function and, moreover, the micro SIM card also got damaged. I have been using a temporary number for communication for this particular period of time. In the meantime, I have also applied for a new SIM card and the copy of an application has been attached. Therefore, it is next to impossible for me to make these calls.
I urge you to kindly look into this issue and deduct these unnecessary billing charges and resend the corrected bill amount. I hope you will go through my account details and do the needful.
