Dear Sir,
My name is Jameson working as Senior consultant in your team. Recently I have been designated as Technical advisory member for a prestigious project. I would like to bring it to your notice about some problems that I am facing along with other employees of the company. Off role workers in supporting team are failing to respond our requests. After multiple attempts of explaining how their lethargic response hinders the project , there is no change in their attitude.
Many of my colleagues are frustrated because of their inexperienced work and in fact affecting our performance as well. Last week we had reschedule the meeting as off role staff members failed to book the conference hall in advance. In my opinion leadership of an experienced member in their group will bring effective discipline. Training the existing members also another solution for this issue. However, appointing new workers is very costly affair which is to be considered only if it is necessary.
