Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing this letter in reference to your advertisement published in 'The Tribune' english newspaper about recruitment for the post of a guide at City Museum shop.
First, I would like to introduce myself. my name is Ankita and I am presently pursuing a degree in the field of Archeology. I have visited this shop a plethora of time during my tertiary education.
However, I do not have any generous experience in this sector, but I have been awarded by the state government for doing a great job in an exhibition sponsored by it. Otherwise, I possess many other skills like providing a welcoming, hospitable environment and conveying the useful information to the tourists.
The reason why I want to join you is that I want to gain a valuable experience during my winter holidays; related to my studies. Moreover, it will help me to carry out some of my expenses.
In an anticipation of your prompt reply.
Thanking you
Yours sincerely
Ankita Sharma
