mention what they have done to help the community.
say what reward you would like to give this person.
Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing this letter to request for you to consider Sam Williams for the award who has contributed lot for the community. He is well known social activist and stays at Westermind Road near South Park Avenue.
Firstly, he has contributed lot towards the local area. In particular, he has helped in plantation of around 5000 plants in the region. Also, have prominently recognized for all the charity he has contributed for helpless folks of the society. What is more interesting that he have been already awarded as "Social Influencer" by not only state government but national government too for his upbringing the issue of gender equality in all aspects of the culture.
It would be grateful if you could give him the award of "Local Star" along with some rewards as well. For instance, you can put charity contribution of around $500 to his "Help the Poor" foundation which will bring it in more recognition. Also, commitment can be made to take care of all the little saplings which he has forested within the area.
Thank you for consideration and cooperation.
Yours faithfully
Joshua Ford
