You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
People in your area are having problems with their internet connection. Write a letter to the company which provides the connection.
In your letter
• describe the problems
• explain how they are affecting people
• say what the company should do to help
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the internet services provided by your company in our area. The disruptive internet connection is causing a great problem and I hope you will take necessary actions to resolve it as soon as possible.
Before installing the router and internet connection from your company, the service provider assured us that uninterrupted services will be provided. However, this does not seem the case. As for the last couple of days we are experiencing extremely slow internet connectivity and sometimes it becomes unreachable especially during peak hours.
Since most of the people in our locality including me, work from home where we have to complete the projects and submit to the customers within the deadline. Due to internet problems work is not completed on time and this affects the job. Furthermore, people are not able to do online shopping.
I would suggest you to kindly send someone and get the problem fixed as soon as possible. If required, kindly install new cables in the locality which will help to provide strong internet connectivity to the society.
I hope you will take my suggestions into consideration and will get this issue resolved.
Yours faithfully,
Prabhpreet Kaur
