Dear Sir/Madam
My name is Sorena and I am writing because I have left some important business papers at your hotel. I had a very great meeting at your hotel in room No 102 at 5 pm. Unfortunately, when I was leaving I was on a call with my parents and they gave me very bad news so I forgot totally about my papers.
The papers are on a desk near to the window on the left side of the room close to the radiator. There is also a pair of black leather shoes on the floor near the desk. On top of the papers, you can see my company's name, Roxi. I hope you can find them otherwise it will be terrible and I may lose my job.
Please if you found them, keep them with the reception and I will come tomorrow morning there and collect them. In addition, I have noticed that your hotel provides no parking place for employees and most of them must spend lots of time to find a parking spot and this makes them exhausted and frustrated. I believe a parking place can help them to have more job satisfaction. I hope you find my suggestion useful.
