• What you did after the accident?
Dear Sir,
I have recently returned from a short stay at your hotel. after reaching, I was looking for my camera to show my trip photos to a friend when I realised I had left it in the hotel.
When I was packing for checkout, I kept a camera on the table near to a bed thinking to pack it after breakfast. Although Later on, it slipped from my mind completely.
I would appreciate it if you could ask your staff to check my hotel's room 1004 for a camera. it is a silver Canon D540 digital camera in a black camera case. you could find my name and address in the case.
it would be a privilege if you could send me a courier on my address. I would be more than happy to pay you postage. but it's quite far for me to come and collect it.
I apologise for the inconvenience caused by me to you and your staff. I look forward to hearing from you on this matter.
Yours faithfully,
A Kansal
