A family member is coming to stay with you. He/she will be arriving by train in the morning, but you won’t be home until the evening.
Write a letter to your relative. In your letter:
explain arrangements you have made for them to have keys and get into the house
tell your relative how to get from the train station to your house
say when you will be home and suggest what you could do together that evening
Dear Uncle John,
I am so excited that finally, you planned to visit my place. but I am sorry some urgent meeting came up and I have to extend my hours in the office. Although, my friend Aditya, would be waiting for you to welcome you. If you remember, he lives in the next door. There will be food in the refrigerator and bed will be made.
The best way to arrive from the railway station is to take Metro. it would not be crowdy by your time and you will get a proper seat to sit. my house is after two stations and it is popular by the name of Rajiv chowk. you will find so many holding of the station name.
I'll be back no later than 6, so we could go to your favorite Italian restaurant for a dinner, where we went last time.
it's going to be great catching up with you.
best Regards,
Aman
