The graph shows estimated oil production capacity for several Gulf countries between 1990 and 2010.

In 1990, the daily amount produced oil barrels in Saudi Arabia was the highest at more than 8.5 million, followed by Iran with 3 million barrels. After 20 years, the oil production measure of Saudi Arabia rose dramatically to 14.5 million barrels per day, that of Iran only experienced a slight growth to over 4 million barrels.
In comparison, UAE, Iraq and Kuwait had a similar amount of made oil around 2 million barrels every day. Surprisingly, all three nations climbed slightly at about 3.8, 4 and 3.5 million barrels in 2010. Meanwhile, the figures for Qatar was only 0.4 million and stayed constantly at that level during the twenty years.
