. You are going to take a vacation soon and want your friend to go with you. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter, you should:
– Tell him/her why you want the holiday/vacation
– Describe your plan
– Invite him/her to go with you.
Dear Joseph,
I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and best of spirits. I'm writing to ask you to accompany me on my trip to Thailand next month.
As you know, how hectic my job is and sometimes I've to work overtime too. That is why I feel so low nowadays and I'm planning to take a week break from this monotonous work routine to spend some time relaxing and rejuvenating myself in tranquil countryside.
With regard to the plan, I remember last time you mentioned your cousin Maria's trip to Thailand and how wonderful it was. So, I've also decided to visit the same country once and explore popular tourist destinations such as Phuket, Karabi and Pattaya. A week can be perfectly spent there visiting spectacular beaches, Buddhist temples, enjoying delicious Thai cuisine and picturesque sights of Phi-Phi islands. As you are master in organizing trips, I would love to have your recommendations as well.
As for the company, I was wondering if you could join me during my excursion. I know you are a fan of seafood and couldn't say no to this. I'm pretty sure that we would enjoy to the fullest and come back with recharged batteries and lots of unforgettable memories.
Please confirm soon so that we can book our tickets.
Best wishes,
Ell
