Write a letter to your neighbour to say goodbye, as you decided to leave the area and move to a new home. In your letter say
– Explain why you are moving.
– What will you miss the most?
– Invite him/her to your new home.
Dear Mrs. Williams,
I am writing to bid you a good-bye, as you know we are finally shifting to a new big house at carlton street.
Since our marriage, me and Rahul have been residing here. Now that our family has grown big, it was difficult to manage in a small place. However, we have found a perfect house fulfilling the needs of all the family members. It is a 4 bedroom house with a big living room and a garden in the backyard. Rahul is more than happy to have found a house near his office.
Nonetheless, you both will be missed immensely. I cannot find words to thank you enough for the support you have given to us. I will especially miss the evening walks and the gossiping with you.
I would like to invite you to come along with Mr. Williams to our new house this saturday.
We can have a barbeque dinner in the garden area.
I hope to see you soon.
Yours Faithfully,
Ria Roy.
