You are going on a month training program to the UK and know that the head of the course would like one of the participants to be the social events’ organizer.
Write a letter to the Training Organizer. In your letter:
• express your interest in the role
• request more information about it -
• explain what experience you have
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am quite excited to attend the one-month training program and I just come to know that the head of the course is looking for someone who has the skills to handle social events. Therefore, I am writing to express my interest in the role of social events organizer in the upcoming training program in the United Kingdom.
Furthermore, I would like to know about the duration, venue and team members of the events. I would really appreciate it if you could provide the role and responsibilities for this position. Moreover, I am quite interested to know more about the theme of the event.
It is worth to mention here that I have organized several events during the college and university courses. I have also earned appreciation certificates from the event organizers. I have performed quite well and I am capable to handle large sizes of the team and event as well. Thus, I believe that I am a qualified and experienced person for this role.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Yours faithfully,
Deepak Sharma
