Dear Mrs Jamerson,
This letter is regarding the enrollment for French classes that you are teaching at your academy . My son Dan has opted for an additional language for his eighth grade and wanted him to attend few calsses with you.
Since we had to travel for my brother's wedding, which was overseas. Dan had to miss few of his initial classes. Furthermore, the teacher informed us that she will neither be able to provide him with extra notes nor give him tutions for the course missed. Therefore, it is impretive for us to seek a learned tutor to get him upto date with the class.
I hope you do not mind me asking about your previous teaching experience as well as what process do you follow to test the lessons that would be taught. Additionally, will there be assignments and quiz for the students? FInally, will you be giving any notes for the preparation of annual exams.
For the current school session, Our son has to attend soccer practice almost everyday but Tuesday, Friday 5 till 6pm he has no practice. This time suits us however, any time slot that would suit you, please let us know. Hopefully, we can make an adjustment with the timing.
Let me know if you wish to discuss further. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely,
Martha Steward
