Essay topics:

The line graph below shows the percentage of tourists to England who visited four different attractions in Brighton. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The graph gives information about the proportion of visitors who traveled to some different attractions in Brighton in England from 1980 to 2010.
Overall, while the figures for the Pavilion and the Pier had increasing trends in the 1980-2010 period, those of the remaining groups decreased at the same time. Additionally, the majority of travelers preferred the Pavilion and the Festival.
At the starting point in 1980, the number of visitors who went for the Festival accounted for the highest percentage, at exactly 30%, compared to nearly 24% of the Pavilion. However, after a significant fluctuation in 1995, the figure for the Pavilion grew up to roughly 32% in 2010, which was higher than that of the Festival, at merely 27% at the same time.
In terms of the Art Gallery, around 22% of visitors arrived in England because of this attraction, which was higher than the figure of the Pier, at only precisely 10%. England witnessed an increasing trend of the number of tourists who visited the Pier to around 23% in 2010, in contrast, the proportion of those who visited the Art Gallery dropped down to below 10%.
