You have just finished your master’s degree and need to leave your current part-time job to search for full-time employment.
Write a letter to your current employer. In your letter:
– explain why you will not be able to pursue a full-time job in his/her company
– say why you’ve enjoyed working for him/her
– tell him/her how much longer you will continue to work for him/her.

Dear Sir,
My name is Jot and I am working here as a part-time worker for the last one year. I am writing this to inform you that, I am searching for full-time as I have completed my master’s degree.
I have completed my degree in software engineering and I want to join the job as a senior software engineer for full-time. I would like to apologize that I would not be able to continue as here I am working in the customer caring department.
I am really thankful to you for giving me the opportunity to join your company and explore myself. This is my first job and I really enjoyed working. I have learned the necessity of communication and how it affects the sale of the company. Even this helps me in building my personality traits.
I want to let you know that I will be leaving the company after one month as per the terms and conditions of the company.
Yours Faithfully,
Jot
