You are studying a short course in another country. Your accommodation was arranged by the course provider. There is a major problem with accommodation.
Write a letter to the course provider. In your letter:
Say what the problem is.
Describe the accommodation you thought you were getting.
Ask the provider to solve the problem.
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Ruchi and I am attending a 2-month course organized by you in Ireland. I am writing to request your support to find me another accommodation as I am facing a problem with my current apartment.
As the place where I am situated right now is far away from the coaching center, daily traveling is a challenge for me. This is because classes usually start at 9:00 am and there is no means of public transport available at this time, and private cabs are too pricey.
As a matter of fact, I wished to get a home that is at just walking distance from the learning center as it would save both my time and money.
In view of the above situation, I would request you to please look for a living place on the premises of the center which should also be within the same budget as that of the house I am living in now.
I am hoping for your prompt response.
Yours faithfully,
Ruchi Verma
