The illustrations show two stages in the development of the mobile phone. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant
The given illustration represents the development of mobile phones through the depiction of an early mobile phone and a contemporary one.
As it can be seen there is a wide range of differences between these two mobiles with the most apparent being the size. The early phone is a lot bigger weighting 150 g with measurements of 130 mm x 50 mm while the contemporary one has a weight of just 70 g and measurement of 90 mm x 40 mm. What both mobiles have in common is the ear phone placed in the upper part of the phone. Moving on, the older phone offers only a black or white display in contrast with the newest model that offers a display of full-color.
The center button of the phones is a function select button but the contemporary phone has a wider variation of function such as email, internet and music player. Lastly, the contemporary phone gives people the opportunity to take photos or videos since a camera with video capability exists above the function select button.
