The graph shows estimated oil production capacity for several Gulf countries between 1990 and 2010.
The bar chart illustrates the calculation of oil in term of production capacity among 6 countries as Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Arabia and UAE from 1990 to 2010.
It is clear that the number of barrels almost increased considerably over the period shown except that of Qatar oil. Undoubtedly, the oil manufactures in Saudi Arabia came the top of the list compared to 5 other countries.
At first glance, in 1990, a half capacity of producing oil in Iraq, Kuwait and Qatar were well under 2 barrels whereas the figure for other nations surpassed this level in 3 barrels or above.
From 1990 to 2010, Saudi Arabia is a country which always held the lion’s share of oil manufactures and reached the peak at 15 barrels in 2010, were also 10 times than the amount of oil in Qatar. Another noteworthy observation, the capacity of Qatar oil remained unchanged in 2005,1990 and 2010; in addition, there is no considerable change in that of UAE oil over the period of 10 years between 1990 and 2000 before going up to approximately 3 barrels in the rest of the years' given chart.
