The diagram illustrates the process of creating leather products.
At first glance, there are ten steps in total, from drying animal skin as the fresh material to shaping and finishing the final goods. In addition, there are two main stages, firstly, using the original animal skin, and the second one is using one which is flatted.
As can be seen from the diagram, the animal skin is dried before being delivered to the factory for producing. After that, the dried skin is washed in a mixture of water and lime. Then, this clear skin is soaked by lime before starting the flattening step.
Turning to the second main stage, after being flattening, that animal skin is soaked one more time in the Tannin, which concludes water and vegetable matter. Secondly, flat skin is polished by a machine to make the most beautiful goods as possible. Thirdly, after being delivered to the factory, the completed products are shown in business marketing.
