Dear Sir,
My name is Harsimran kaur and I am your tenant residing in one of your apartments in pacific society. I am writing this letter regarding the dissatisfaction related to the facilities in the apartment we took on rent.
As per the rent contract, it was assured to me that we will be provided 24 hours facility of water and electricity. Unfortunately, I am exceedingly displeased with the experience in your apartment. From the first day my family is struggling with water deficiency as it comes only for one hour in the morning and evening. Consequently, we lack in managing domestic chores with this quantity of water. Furthermore, from last weekend I am also facing the issue of electricity cut which is acting as a prominent barrier in doing daily activities such as ironing, washing clothes and even watching tv has become a big issue.
As a result of these problems my husband has to devote a lot of time in procuring water from nearby colony and has to face a lot of hassle. My children are bored and distressed as they cannot do their homework on time. Electricity problem has affected the usage of technical gadgets which are frequently used by my children and even husband for work purposes.
I would like to request that this issue needs an immediate solution otherwise problems can be worse. As its your duty to provide us these amenities I request you to take action positively otherwise I had no choice left, I will be terminating the rent contract and shift to another place.
Looking forward for a quick resolution for this issue
Yours faithfully,
Harsimran Kaur
