Have a glance at the line graph, from 1975 to 1985, there was a slight rise in the visitors, increased 10million to roughly 15million. Then, this number grew gradually and reached nearly 25 million in 1995, after which hike moderately and touch the all-time highest figure above 30 million by 2005.
In the year 1975, 8.8 million people visited Australia from all over the world. The majority of people came from Japan(3.2 million). This figure was roughly three times more than European(1.1 million). South Korean came in second place, and around 2.9 million visitors visited Australia annually. Remain three countries(The UK, The USA, China) people visited by below 1 million. After three decades, the total number of visitors came to Australia was 30.4 million. Twelve million of visitor came from Japan, which was highest. Whereas the least amount of tourists came from China(0.8 million). 4.5 million of European came to visits Australia. While South Korean visitors were 9.1 million, this figure was two times more than European. Visitors came from China, The USA, and The UK was 0.8 million, 1.1 million and 2.9 million respectively.
