You ordered a new cheque book from your bank two weeks ago but you have received nothing.
Write a letter to the manager complaining about the bad service.
Say when and how you ordered the cheque book.
Ask how much longer you will have to wait and ask the manager what action he will take over this matter.
Hello sir,
Purpose: To make an inquiry about the cheque book which is not received yet.
My home branch is Scotiabank, newton, Surrey. This is not the first time that my order got delayed. Two months ago, I made a request for my bank statement via mail within 14 business days, but I got that in 28 business days. This result of this was that my Visa for USA got rejected. Two weeks ago, on 26th of July I ordered a new check book on a phone call with customer care representative because I lost my previous one, but I have not got it yet. He gave me the assurance that I will have my cheque book via mail within 7 business days, but I have not got one.
I have my own business and many workers are working under me. The result of delay is that they are waiting for their salaries and one of my worker even left the job because he thinks that I am a bankrupt.Could you please let me know that when exactly I will receive my order so that I can release salaries to my employees. Also, I am keen to know that is their any policy or actions you take when such delays happen.
Eagerly waiting for your response.
Yours faithfully August 11, 2020
