Essay topics:

Many people are travelling to other countries. Why? Is it a positive or negative development?

The tourism industry has witnessed a significant development recently. A great number of individuals are now capable of venturing to other nations. Reasons for this tendency and my perspective regrading whether this trend is beneficial or not will be mentioned in this essay.
There are several reasons for this occurrence. Since universities in developed countries are advanced and progressive, many students would want to go there in order to study and accumulate more experience and knowledge. For example, USA has many prominent and prestigious universities. Besides, these schools also provide learners with a great number of scholarships, which attracts many students. Additionally, people have deep passion for travelling because they want to experience more about the world. Venturing to other countries helps them make friends, learn more about their cultures and taste local sustenance. Thus, this could broaden their horizon.
Although paying a visit to other nations might have some negative impacts to the environment, I believe this trend could have more benefits. By visiting a country, travelers could contribute to the economy of the country they set foot on by buying local commodities. Therefore, that country could develop more to support their citizens. In addition, people could understand more about each other and could reduce the possibility of war. For example, the president of USA, Donald Trump has paid a visit to Vietnam recently. Vietnam had a warm welcome and gave him many memorable memories and he came home safe and sound a few days later. This would lead to a solid and trustworthy relationship between two nations.
In conclusion, this trend results from the need of study and accumulation of knowledge and experience of individuals. In spite of drawbacks of this trend, I believe there are far more advantages.
