Dear Sir\Madam,
I am writing this letter to report an issue with my personal computer, which i have purchased from you around two months ago. Although this machine has been functioning perfectly since day one, and i did not face any issue in its performance until the last night when it was restarted all of sudden when i was working on my official assignment.
Further, while i have tried all the initial diagnoses given on the booklet provided with this device, i have also contacted your customer, and the complaint has been registered, but no one contacted me yet. This computer is extremely important for me as i was using it for my office work, and now since it is not booting, i could not perform any pending task since yesterday. Moreover, it is the month-end so there are so many pending office works, which requires immediate action, else it would turn into a disaster.
I request you to please align a technician today on a priority basis to get this diagnosed.
