Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the services of your hotel which we have experienced last Sunday on 08 September. I organized an all-day meeting for my company ABC Ltd. in your hotel and most of the participants complained to me about the food and snacks. This is a quite disappointed situation which I have faced the very first time.
Let me explain to you thoroughly. Firstly, welcome drinks are not enough chilled and most of the members took 1-2 sip of it. Its taste is very weird seems like they are of an old date. Moreover, the snacks are not crispy and spicy. Secondly, in lunch, the salad which you have added is stale. Some participants told me that they saw hair strands in it. This is very disgusting. I think you hired freshers for preparing the meals and I also observed the waiters are not active to serve the foodstuffs to all the members. Unfortunately, one or two members suffered from food poisoning by which my reputation affects immensely.
Despite this, we both have a long term relationship, this was never before and I trusted you blindly. I do not want to spoil your image in front of the other customers so I am not giving your hotel any bad reviews or comments. But, I want to suggest you, kindly check the quality of the vegetables before putting them into the store and also taste the food before serving the customers. Moreover, I also recommended to you please examine the kitchen staff members properly. I hope this will never happen again in the future.
